摘　　要：研究奶业的演化过程和机理有助于更好地理解奶业发展过程中存在的各种问题及其成因,并提出相应的对策。本文从共生演化理论的视角,以我国奶业为例,研究了奶业演化的层级结构和共生单元,分析了共生单元间的互动行为和互动机制,并构建了基于微观、中观、宏观的多层级共生演化分析框架;在此基础上,进一步分析了奶业演化过程萌芽期、成长期、成熟期和蜕变期4个阶段的特征和演化机理,提出了我国奶业演化的趋势及相关建议。The research of evolution process and mechanism of the dairy industry can help us better understand the various problems and its causes in the process of the development of dairy industry,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.In this paper,from the perspective of the Symbiosis Evolution Theory,we lakes the dairy industry in our country as an example of hierarchical structure of the dairy industry evolution and symbiosis unit,analyzes the symbiotic unit between interactive behavior and interaction mechanism,and construct the mulli-level symbiotic evolution analysis framework based on micro,meso and macro hierarchy：on this basis,we further analyze the characteristics and evolution mechanism of the four stages of the evolution process of dairy＇s germination period,growth period,mature period and Transformation Period,and put forward the trend of the research and the suggestions of China＇s dairy industry.
