摘　　要：本文对当前我国奶业生产现状以及面临的困境与挑战进行分析,并提出相应的建议。分析认为:尽管受国际市场影响,生鲜牛奶价格低迷还将持续,奶源总体处于紧平衡状态,但我国奶业市场空间依然巨大。针对当前我国奶业面临的困境,重点描述了强化宏观引导,持续助推产业向上;建立原料奶价协调机制,平抑市场波动;加大技术投入、产业内部提档升级,强化抗风险能力;着力推广现代奶业实用技术,提高产业技术含量,实现产业提质增效等维护奶业持续健康发展的措施与建议。In view of the dairy current product situation,the difficulties and challenges we faced about the milk industry in China,this article put forward the corresponding suggestions.The paper conchided that the dairy market space is still huge although we were confronted with serious challenges.At the same time,we raised the measures and suggestions which can maintain the continuous healthy development of dairy industry,such as,strengthen macro guidance to boost industry upward,established raw milk price coordination mechanism to restrain market volatility,enlarged technology investment to strengthen the ahility to resist risks,raised the content of technology to improve qualitv and effectiv eness.
