摘　　要：全球气候变化和能源安全已备受世人关注,发展低碳经济是解决这一问题的重要途径。近年来,低碳经济评价成为学术界研究的热点。本文基于文献统计和分析,从低碳经济评价总体情况、评价的对象与范围、评价的模型方法等角度对当前文献进行了综述,指出现有研究对把握低碳经济的本质内涵、科学评价低碳经济发展水平提供了理论基础和有益指导,但也存在评价系统性不强、深度不够、方法单一等问题。今后,围绕这一主题需加强理论研究,深挖低碳经济发展内涵,综合多维度研究的成果与方法,构建全面而科学的评价指标体系。Global climate change and energy security have attracted worldwide attention. The evelopment of low-carbon economy is an important way to solve this problem. In recent years, low-carbon economy evaluation has become a hot academic re- search. Based on the literature and statistical analysis, this paper reviews the current literature about low-carbon economic evaluation from the overall research, the object and scope of the evaluation to the evaluation model and approach. This pa- per points out current research have provide a theoretical basis and a useful guide for grasping the essence of low-carbon economy, establishing the development concept of low-carbon, and promoting economic development and transformation. But there are some problems that evaluation is not the system, relatively shallow and less method. On this theme, it is need to strengthen the theoretical study, explore the connotation of low-carbon economy, integrate multi-dimensional research results and methods, to build a comprehensive and scientific evaluation index system.
