面向环境责任的产业链绿色化对策——以木地板产业链为例

摘　　要：环境责任是企业社会责任的重要组成部分。在当前企业间的经济联系日趋密切的背景下,对环境责任的研究视角需要从单一企业拓展到整个产业链条。产业链的绿色化既是环境责任的内在要求,也是环境责任在实践中的直接体现。构建"产业链整体"环境责任的分析框架,从产业链的纵横关系入手,结合木地板产业链的具体实例,分别对产业链上、中、下游存在的环境风险进行剖析,并从生产工艺、合作创新和外部监管等方面探讨其制约的深层因素,提出实现面向环境责任的产业链绿色化,需要从政府、产业链与企业三方协同推进来共同治理,具体包括推进合作创新、加强政策激励、保障监督机制和倡导绿色文化。Environmental responsibility is an important part of corporate social responsibility. Under the background of the increasing- ly close relationship between enterprises, the perspective of the research on environmental responsibility needs to expand from a single enterprise to the whole industrial chain. Green of the industrial chain is not only the inherent requirement of environmental responsibility, but also the direct embodiment of environmental liability in practice. This paper constructs an analytical framework of environmental liability. First, the vertical and horizontal relations of industrial chain is discussed. Then, the environmental risks in the industry chain and the reasons are analyzed. Finally, the concrete measures on how to realize the green of wood flooring industry chain are put forward.
