河西地区县域经济发展差异分析

摘　　要：河西地区作为丝绸之路经济带,区域经济发展出现了不均衡,为探讨其经济差异问题,以县域为研究单位,运用泰尔指数和主成分—聚类分析法,分析了河西地区县域经济发展差异的演变轨迹和县域经济综合差异。结果表明：1998~2013年河西地区县域经济总差异、区间差异与区内差异都呈现出倒＂U＂型演变特征,区域间差异是县域经济总差异的主要贡献力量;20个县域经济综合发展水平差异主要表现在经济发展实力、动力和活力三方面,且具有西部高于东部、工矿区和牧区高于农区的区域分布特征。Hexi regional as the Silk Road economic belt,its regional Economy appears unbalanced.To investigate economic difference,selecting county level regions as the study units,this paper studies the differences and features of county economy of Hexi region through the Theil index,principal components and cluster analysis.The following conclusions have been found through researches：The county economy in Hexi region features an inverted U-shaped during 1998-2013.Among the five regions,regional differences fit with the total differences,internal differences show an enlargingreducing fluctuation features and regional differences comprised an important part for the total differences.On the base of establishing the comprehensive evaluation system of index on county economy differences,the main difference lies in economic development strength,dynamic of economic development and economic development vitality.The development level in the whole region is divided into four zones：developed,more developed,less developed,and underdeveloped.It is more effective for industry to promote the development of local economic relative to agriculture,so the economic power of the mining-based counties is higher than agriculture-based counties.The economic development of pastoral areas is mainly based on husbandry.
