摘 要:低碳建筑研究以往是建立在建筑全生命周期的基础上,对于已有的建筑方案进行碳排放的评估测算,然而在方案设计阶段确定各个建筑信息碳排放量的影响,可以从"源头"把整个碳排放量控制在一定范围内,避免由于建筑方案本身的缺陷,即使附加低碳措施也达不到碳排放要求。低碳设计并不仅仅局限于在后期叠加各种技术策略,再根据已有的策略测算碳排放量,而且要从方案根本就与碳排放紧密关联。在方案设计阶段设置低碳影响因子,通过模拟的手段可以得到不同因子的碳排放信息,从而在建筑方案形成前就对碳排放有所控制。Previous studies of low carbon construction are based on the full life cycle of building,for the assessment of the existing building program estimated carbon emissions.However,to determine the impact of carbon emissions of each building information in the program design phase,from the"start"the entire carbon emissions can be controlled within a certain range,to avoid defects due to the construction program itself,then additional carbon measures will not help.Carbon design is not just limited to overlay a variety of technical strategy at a later stage,according to the existing policy measure carbon emissions,but simply from the program closely associated with carbon emissions.In the design stage low carbon impact factor is set,and information can be obtained about the different factors of carbon emissions by means of simulations,thus carbon emissions would be controlled before forming the building program.
