摘 要:以玻璃球为储料,通过筒仓库侧卸料实验,研究卸料口的形状与大小对仓内物料流动规律和仓壁侧压力分布的影响。结果表明:库侧卸料时,仓内存在明显的流动区域与静止区域;在卸料过程中,静止区域与压力耳朵区域物料对仓壁的侧压力明显大于储料状态下相应位置处的侧压力;随着卸料的持续,物料高度减小,侧压力也随之减小;静止区域卸料超压系数在1.5~2.0之间;压力耳朵区域的卸料超压系数可大于2.0。To study the effect of outlet dimension and size on flow pattern and horizontal wall pressure distribution in a silo during wall outlet discharge, a series of experimental studies on silos filled with glass beads were carried out. The results show that the flow region and static region exist and separate clearly during discharge. The horizontal wall pressures in the static region and the channel edge during discharge are much greater than those in the static storage state. With the proceeding of wall discharge, the materials height decreases, so is the wall pressure. The discharge patch factor is between 1.5 and 2.0 in the static region, and it can be much greater than 2.0 in the channel edge.
