摘  要:为了提高水射流破碎轮胎的效率,在不同水射流参数水平下对轮胎进行破碎实验,建立破碎效率与水射流参数之间关系的响应曲面模型。结果表明:不同水射流参数之间存在交互作用,靶距与喷嘴移动速度对破碎效率的影响程度随着泵压的增大而增大,泵压对破碎效率的影响程度随着喷嘴移动速度的增大而增大;将水射流参数范围定为泵压140~270 MPa、靶距10~80 mm、喷嘴移动速度500~1 500 mm/min,在此参数范围内破碎效率的最大值为7.54 g/min;验证实验的结果与模型的预测值基本相吻合,所得橡胶粉不含杂质,粒度足够小且具有一定的脱硫效果,能够满足再利用的需求。To improve the efficiency in waterjet crushing of tire rubber, a crushing experiment with different waterjet parameters was conducted.The response surface model of relation between the crushing efficiency and waterjet parameters was established. The results show that there exists an interaction between different waterjet parameters. The influence of target distance and nozzle moving speed on crushing efficiency increases with the increase of the pump pressure, and the influence of pump pressure increases with the increase of moving speed of nozzle. The waterjet parameters are limited to pump pressure from 140 to 270 MPa,target distance from 10 to 80 mm, and nozzle moving speed from 500 to 1500 mm/min. The maximum crushing efficiency within this range of parameters is 7.54 g/min. The results of the verification tests are in agreement with the predicted values of the model. The obtained rubber powders contain no impurity, the average diameter of rubber powders is sufficiently small and has effect of desulfurization, which can meet the needs of reuse.
