摘　　要：针对HRM型立式磨在非金属矿行业中的应用越来越多且分布区域广泛的现状,为了提升客户设备管理效率和水平,提出一种基于互联网技术搭建设备企业虚拟中心平台,实现对各个生产线的立式磨运行参数进行远程在线采集、诊断和预警。结果表明,基于互联网技术搭建设备企业虚拟中心平台有利于预防设备故障产生,保证产品质量,提升用户设备管理技术水平。For the application of HRM vertical mill in non-metallic minerals industry and in order to improve the efficiency and level of customer equipment management, a virtual center platform based on Internet technology was put forward to realize the remote on-line collection, diagnosis and early warning of the vertical mill operation parameters of various production lines. The results show that the virtual center platform based on Internet technology is beneficial to prevent equipment failure, guarantee product quality and improve the technical level of user equipment management.
