摘 要:随着工控技术的不断发展,冶金配料系统已基本实现了自动化控制,但仍有许多企业的配料系统存在着配料效率低、误差较大等问题。针对这一问题,该文设计开发了基于PLC的自动配料控制系统,阐述了控制系统的硬件组成、配料过程的精度控制及程序设计等问题。生产实践证明此自动配料系统运行稳定可靠,并具有高精度高效率等特点,具有广阔的应用前景。With the continuous development of industrial technology,the metallurgy hatching system has been basically achieved automation control,but there are still many problems in the system of the ingredients,such as low efficiency,bigger error and so on. To solve this problem,the automatic batching control system based on PLC is designed and developed. The hardware and software design of the control system are described in this paper. The production practice proves that the automatic hatching system is stable and reliable,and has high accuracy and high efficiency, which has broad application prospect.
