摘　　要：网络免费学术资源已成为高校图书馆文献资源的的重要补充。通过对河南省高校图书馆网络免费学术资源的建设情况进行了调查,提出高校图书馆网络免费学术资源利用措施,并就如何保障网络免费学术资源的质量提出意见和建议。Free network academic resource has become an important supplement of literature resource for university library. Through the survey on the construction of free network academic resource in Library of Henan University, the uti- lization measures of flee network academic resource were put forward, and comments and suggestions on how to guarantee the resource quality were proposed.
