高校图书馆在文献资源建设方面存在的问题

摘　　要：高校是整个社会发展中的重要一环,是整个社会资源的聚集地和社会文化的发源地。一直以来高校作为整个社会文化的风尚引领者,承担了主要的社会责任。对于高校来说最主要的就是高校的自身的文化建设,对于这种软实力的建设离不开高校图书馆的建设。高校图书馆为学校的文化建设和科研建设提供着重要的基础保障,构成了学校日常生活的重要组成部分。近些年来,随着高校的不断发展,高校图书馆建设问题已经引起了教育部门的广泛关注。高校图书馆的正常运行需要不断地进行文献资源建设。然而国内高校图书馆在文献资源建设方面还不是很成熟,在这方面还存在着一些普遍性的问题,只有正确解决这些问题才能够促进高校文化的形成。The Colleges development, as the cultural home and the gathering place of social sources, is an important part of social development. Colleges are always leading the development of social culture, and bearing most part of social responsibilities. College cultural construction is very important, so college library development beeomes key part of college soft power. Academic library builds solid basic foundation for college cultural construction and research de- velopment, so that library becomes an important part of college development. Academic library development has at- tracted enough attention of education department in recent years. Academic library has to build its literature re- sources so as to its normal development. However, domestic academic library still stays in an immature stage with some developing problems in literature resources construction. Hence, the construction of academic culture is built only on the basis of solving these problems.
