摘　　要：随着微信公众平台在高校图书馆的迅速推广,基于微信公众平台开发模式,开发了以V5KF为基础的图书馆智能咨询系统,通过主动学习、推荐学习、用户培训等方式不断优化咨询系统回复的准确性和覆盖率并对智能系统接入前后的人均发送次数、净增人数等数据进行分析,结果表明用户粘性、关注人数都有很大的提高。With the rapid popularization of Wechat public platform in university library, this paper developed a library intelligence consulting system on the basis of the VSKF according to Wechat development mode, and continuously optimized the accuracy and coverage of consulting reply system through active learning, recommendation learning, user training etc. The results showed that user viscosity and attention greatly improved based on the data analysis of per capita sending number, net additions before and after being connected to intelligent system.
