摘 要:脑电与近红外光谱(EEG-NIRS)联合成像技术是一种无创多模态神经成像技术.两者在时间分辨率与空间分辨率上具有互补特性,可以提供更全面的脑功能活动信息.本文提出了一种携带式脑电与血氧同步采集系统,用于同步监测脑功能活动.在该系统中,采集前端包含接口统一的前置高灵敏度光电探头、双波长光电二极管及脑电主动电极,提高系统便携性与抑制运动干扰能力.采集主板包含嵌入式Wi-Fi模块、ADS1299模拟前端,在满足EEG微弱信号采集与NIRS信号高动态特性要求的同时,减小电路板尺寸.该系统采用频分复用技术,解决EEG与NIRS同步问题.为验证系统性能,分别与商用EEG仪器Brain Products和NIRS仪器ETG4000做了对比实验.实验结果表明,该系统可用于同步监测由大脑活动产生的脑电信号与大脑血红蛋白浓度变化.The technology of simultaneous Electroencephalography and Near-infrared spectroscopy( EEG-NIRS) is a noninvasive multimodal neuroimaging technique. Since these modalities possess complementary features in time resolution and spatial resolution,this method provides a more comprehensive functional activity of the brain. A portable EEG-NIRS synchronous acquisition system is proposed to monitor brain activity simultaneously. The acquisitionfront-end contains front optical probes with high sensitivity,dual-wavelength light emitting diodes and EEG electrodes with a voltage follower,which improves portability and minimizes artifacts.The acquisition board contains embedded Wi-Fi module and analog front end ADS1299,which reduces the board size,while meeting the EEG weak signal acquisition and NIRS high dynamic characteristics requirements.The frequency multiplexing method is employed to solve synchronization problems. The performance of the system is verified by a comparison experiment using an optical simulator and two commercial instruments: Brain Products and ETG4000. Experimental results show that the system can be used for simultaneous monitoring of EEG and hemoglobin concentration changes produced by brain activity.
