摘  要:以自制标准水发生器发生的湿气为测试样品,利用不同的测试样品对两种不同型号的VAISALA电容式湿度传感器进行大量实验。结果表明:正常环境条件下,两种传感器稳定性良好,其输出信号的响应值与水分含量(露点)在特定区间内呈一定的线性关系;VAISALA DRYCAP DMT 152与242两种类型传感器可以分别对露点-80℃和露点-67℃的水分含量给出稳定准确的响应值,前者的检测限要低于后者且适合露点低于-60℃的二氧化碳产品气的测量;使用VAISALA DRYCAP传感器可以满足二氧化碳中微量水分的测定,但需要水标准气体对其进行定期校准。Large numbers of experiments were done with different test samples by using two types of VAISALA capacitive humidity sensors,and the test sample was moisture which was generated by self-made standard generator,The results showed that the two types sensors had good stability under normal environment condition,the response of the output signal( dew point) was a linear relationship with water content in a specific interval,sensors of VAISALA DRYCAP DMT 152 and 242 could give stable and accurate responses value of moisture content for- 60℃ and- 80℃,The detection limit in the former was lower than that in the latter. The former was fit for the carbon dioxide gas which dew point is lower- 65℃.and content of moisture in carbon dioxide could be measured accurately by VAISALA DRYCAP sensor,but needed to be calibrated by standard gas regularly.
