摘 要:本文针对城轨列车车门开门控制系统故障诊断问题,定义一种时间约束自控Petri网(TC-CPN),提出一种故障溯因诊断方法。该方法主要依据捕获的故障表征和监控系统采集的状态与时间信息进行诊断分析。该Petri网引入时序一致性判定函数,定义相对应的变迁触发规则。通过对捕获的时间信息进行计算和溯因推理,分析系统可能存在的故障源或隐患。应用算例表明,时间约束自控Petri网对城轨列车车门开门控制系统的建模有效,时间约束为系统故障溯因诊断提供了时间层面的有力证据。该方法对于此类控制系统故障诊断问题具有一定的普适性。Aiming at the fault diagnosis of on-off control system of urban rail train doors,an abductive fault diagnosis method was proposed by defining a novel type of Cyber Petri Net of Time Constraint(TC-CPN).Diagnostic analysis was carried out with the proposed method,based on the captured fault characterization and the status and time information collected by the monitoring system.The Petri net adopted the judgment function of temporal consistency and defined the corresponding transition firing rules.By calculation and abductive reasoning of the captured time information,the fault origins or the potential problems that may remain in the control system were analyzed.The sample application showed that the TC-CPN was effective to model the on-off control system of the doors of urban rail trains,while time constraint provided strong evidence for fault abductive diagnosis in terms of time.The proposed method suggested general applicability to such fault diagnosis problems of control systems.
