摘　　要：目的通过对职业病体检门诊发生的护理不良事件进行统计与数据分析,探讨护理不良事件的防范对策。方法对四川省疾病预防控制中心职业病体检门诊2014-01/2014-12所发生的护理不良事件进行统计与分析,并制定了强化护理管理与培训。结果通过加强护理人力资源配置、开展优质护理服务,加强健康教育、改进职业病体检流程等措施,护理不良事件的发生率较去年同期下降52.8%。结论采取有效措施可以减少职业病体检门诊中护理不良事件的发生。Objective To explore the preventive measures of nursing adverse events by analyzing the statistics and data of the nursing adverse events in the occupational disease medical clinic. Methods Data of the adverse events occurring in occupational disease physical examination clinic of Sichuan provincial center for disease control and prevention during January 2014 to December 2014 was statistically analyzed to develop measures to strengthen the nursing management and training. Results By taking the effective measures,such as optimizing nursing human resource allocation,providing high quality nursing sevice and health education,improving the process of physical examination,the incidence of nursing adverse events decreased by 52. 8% compared with the same period last year. Conclusion Effective measures can be taken to reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events in the medical clinic.
