摘  要:目的为了解机场乘客对于公共交通枢纽中X射线行李包检查系统的辐射来源、辐射防护措施的认知水平、正确使用行李包检查系统的行为及相关知识的需求,为健康教育提供依据。方法在成都市双流国际机场,采用偶遇抽样的方法,以受调查者填写问卷形式,对1000名进出港旅客进行抽样调查。结果 40.8%受调查对象知道辐射源是发射电离辐射的物质或实体,51.4%知道柜式行李包检查系统是利用X射线对进入柜体内部的行李包进行检查,仅有1.2%知道行李包检查系统属于低危险射线装置,34.1%会按要求从传送带处放置行李并到出口处传送带末端领取行李,73.3%非常希望学习如何正确通过行李包检查系统。结论目前成都市机场乘客缺乏对柜式行李包检查系统辐射相关知识的了解,在送、取行李包时可能产生错误的行为。健康教育重点应在预防恐慌和告知如何正确使用X射线行李包检查系统。Objective To understand the situation of airport passengers for the X-ray luggage inspection system of cognitive level of radiation sources,radiation protection measures and proper using the luggage inspection system,understand the demand for knowledge,and to provide basis for health education. Methods In Chengdu shuangliu international airport,the questionnaire survey was conducted on 1000 passengers. Results 40. 8% passengers knew radiation source,51. 4% passengers knew luggage inspection system is the use of X- ray inspection on into the cabinet put oneself in another's position inside the bag,only 1. 2% passengers knew luggage inspection system belongs to the low dangerous radiation equipment,34. 1% passengers would be required to put the baggage and of the belt conveyor belt to the exit end of baggage claim,73. 3% passengers wanted to learn how to use the luggage inspection system correctly. Conclusion At present,because of lack of luggage inspection system radiation related knowledge,wrong actions may be produced when they pick up the luggage. Public health education should be focused on the prevention of panic and how to use X- ray luggage inspection system correctly.
