摘 要:以扬州某高层建筑的软黏土地基工程为依托,基于Burgers模型,对软黏土的流变特性进行了研究。结果表明:弹性系数影响瞬时应变值、起始蠕变量,黏性系数主要影响起始蠕变率、起始蠕变量、稳定蠕变率;土体长时间发展的位移值是初期瞬时变形的数倍。软黏土的流变特性对高层建筑桩基的后期变形产生很大的影响,在高层建筑的桩基设计中,应特别注意。建议对某高层建筑的桩基应予加固。Based on engineering of soft clay foundation of a high-rise building in Yangzhou,the Burgers model is used to study the rheological properties of soft clay. Results show that elastic coefficient will influence instantaneous strain value and initial creep value; while viscosity coefficient mainly affect the initial creep rate,initial creep value and steady creep rate. The displacement value of soil in a long time is several times as much as the initial instantaneous deformation. The rheological properties of soft clay have significant influence on later deformation of pile foundation of high-rise building,which shall be paid great attention to in the design of pile foundation of high-rise building. It's suggested that the pile foundation of a high-rise building should be reinforced.
