摘  要:针对铅酸蓄电池内阻小、大电流放电对电池损害大、小电流放电信号小等问题,提出了一种小电流二次放电法测蓄电池内阻的新方法;采用组合开关和精密高稳定性功率电阻组成两个放电回路,在控制器的作用下进行两次小电流放电,经过采样保持器分别采集两次放电过程中放电电阻两端的电压,两次放电电压差值由超低失调漂移放大器ICL7650进行放大,由两次放电电阻的端电压及差值,实现蓄电池的内阻测量;实验数据表明,两次小电流放电测得的蓄电池内阻值与大电流放电测得的蓄电池内阻结果一致,该方法可实现蓄电池内阻的在线检测。Aiming at the problem of lead--acid battery internal resistance is small, large current discharge of battery damage too large and the signal of small current discharge is too small, proposes a new method, small current secondary discharge , to test the internal resistance of battery. The two discharge circuit is composed of switch combination and precision high stability power resistance, two small current discharge in the role of the controller. Collected the voltage of the two discharge resistor through the sample and hold device during the two discharge process, two discharge voltage difference by ultra low offset drift amplifier ICL7650 amplification, by two discharge resistor terminal voltage and the difference, in order to achieve battery internal resistance measurement. The experimental data show that the two small current discharge measuring battery internal resistance and large current discharge measuring battery internal resistance is consistent with the result, the method can realize online detection of battery internal resistance.
