摘　　要：机床变速箱中存在轴不平衡、轴不对中及齿轮磨损等故障，在研究各故障相互作用后所产生的信号特征基础上，建立了轴故障信号与齿轮振动信号特征模型。应用该模型对某卧式车床变速箱故障进行诊断，取得了与实际情况完全吻合的诊断结果，故障诊断的准确率及效率大大提高。In the gearbox of machine tool, there exist faults of the shaft imbalance, the shaft misalignment and gear wear. Based on the study of the signal characteristics of the faults resulting from the interaction, the shaft fault signal and the gear vibration signal characteristic model were established. We used the model to diagnose the faults in the gearbox of some kind of horizontal lathe and obtained the exactly identical diagnosis result as the actual situation, so we greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis.
