摘  要:唐钢3500轧机十一辊热矫直机在整个轧线中承担承载矫平热轧钢板的作用。其中上、下辊座装置中的四孔和五孔轴承座的加工精度要求高,装配精度要求也非常严格,很难一次满足装配技术要求,因此对其装配技术的优化改进具有重要的经济价值。在装配中通过对工作辊辊子组成的辊面平行度的合理控制,在辊座内腔与轴承座的装配面上增加垫板,并其上加工装配孔,减少了装配难度和装配的工作量,保证了生产进度,而且有效的保证了装配精度的要求,提高了生产效率。该技术的研究对以后类似的机械加工、装配有借鉴意义和推广价值。The 11-miler flattener of TangShan steel 3500 rolling machine takes the important role of flatting the hot-rolled steel. It is critical to have a high accuracy of 4-hole and 5-hole bearing support whether from machining process and matting tolerance because the support is normally an important component of top and bottom roller plate. It is also difficult to fulfill the technical requirement by only one-time assembly. So in this case the economic value of optimizing assembly technology is especially remarkable. This paper shows assembly solutions which include an effective flatness control of rolling surface from working rollers during assembly as well as strap washer added with pilot holes on the surface between roller room and bearing support. The solutions will result in reducing assembly difficulties and working load, improving operation efficiency and high accuracy of assembly. Furthermore, it is worth to be used as reference and expanded in the area concerning mechanical workout and assembly.
