摘  要:采用文献资料法、教学实验法以及专家谈访等方法,针对健美操具有普及性强,动作舒展大方而优美有力,既能雕塑体型,又能缓解压力,修心养性等特点,从艺术的角度对中学健美操教学进行探讨,认为只有在教学过程中融入音乐艺术,语言艺术,形体艺术,编排艺术和人文艺术才能激发学生对健美操的学习兴趣,既能高质量地完成教学任务,又能培养学生终身体育的习惯和良好的艺术修养,为国家培养出更多高素质的人才.Adopting methods of documentary,experimental teaching and interviewing experts are aiming at aerobic features such as great popularity,stretching,forceful and elegant movements and its functions such as keeping fit,relieving stress,cultivating one's mind and improving one's character,this essay discusses aerobics teaching in middle school from the perspective of art and holds that only when it is integrated with the art of music,language,physique,choreography and humanity can aerobics teaching stimulates students' interest. In this way,aerobics teaching tasks can be accomplished with a higher quality,students' life- long habit of doing physical exercise can be fostered,their good art awareness can be cultivated and more high- quality students can be trained for the country.
