摘  要:针对大庆油田水平井大规模压裂后低回压求产的需要,开发出适用于水平井大规模压后返排的水力泵排液工艺。通过研制该工艺所需水力泵工作筒、托砂皮碗、泵底阀、泵芯等井下工具,优选了配套使用的封隔器,配套了地面流程及油气水分离多功能计量罐,实现密闭、环保、自动分离计量,最大限度的减少环境污染,成功地将水力泵排液工艺应用在水平井压后返排上。According to low back pressure after massive fracturing to horizontal well in Daqing oilfield,a hydraulic pump liquid discharge process being suitable for horizontal well and large-scale flow-back after fracture is developed. Through the development of down-hole tools required to the process including a hydraulic pump extinguishers,sand cup holder,foot valve pump,pump core,a supporting packer is optimized preferably,surface metering device and separation and multifunction metering tank of oil,water and gas are supported to realize a closed,protection environmental and automatic separation and metering,minimize environmental pollution to maximum extent.The hydraulic pump draining technology is applied in back flow after fracture to horizontal well successfully.
