摘  要:塔里木盆地古生界奥陶系为碳酸盐岩缝洞型油藏,钻遇放空漏失率高,易漏易涌,普遍井深超过6000 m。高压油气井、漏失井井控风险高,尤其是穿换井口或整改井口作业,油井处于无控状态。高风险作业时应用封堵式井控技术将油气层进行临时封堵,确保了井控安全。针对不同井况,目前有K-1桥塞封堵井控技术、RBP可取式桥塞封堵井控技术和临时封堵管柱井控技术等三种成熟封堵技术广泛应用,从根本上消除了作业安全隐患。Tarim Basin Ordovician Paleozoic is a carbonate fracture-cave reservoir,to which drilling vent leakage rate is up to 30%,being easily leak and gushing,the general depth of that is more than 6000 m. Well control risk of the high pressure oil and gas well,and high dropout is high,especially in a non-control state of exchange or rectification of wellhead. The application of plugging wells reservoir control technology at time of high-risk job plugs oil and gas layers temporarily,to ensure the safety of well control. For different well conditions,there are three mature techniques applied widely which are K-1 bridge plug plugging well control technology,RBP retrievable bridge plug plugging well control technology and control technology of temporarily plugging the well string,to eliminate the operation security risks fundamentally.
