摘　　要：通过投放井下油嘴限流解决凝析气在试油和开采过程中油管内水合物冻堵现象,也会遇到油管内壁结蜡而遇阻,以及节流前后压差太大造成密封失效等问题。设计的RD井下节流阀(井下油嘴)随生产管柱下至水合物防治预测深度,井口加压改变其状态,调节井下油嘴尺寸,达到节流目的。该节流阀可单独使用,也可根据实际情况,选择合适的多组串联使用,使天然气节流、降压,膨胀和吸热过程发生在井筒内,避免开采过程中在井筒、节流处形成天然气水合物,堵塞气中生产通道。By running down-hole choke to solve hydrate frozen block phenomenon of condensate gas and oil exploration in the trial process tubing,problems such as it is tuck for tubing inner wall wax are met. Designed RD down-hole throttle( down-hole choke) is lowered with production tubing string to hydrate prevention predicted depth,and wellhead pressure changes its status which adjusts down-hole choke sizes to achieve the purpose of the throttle. The throttle valve may be used alone,can also select the appropriate multiple sets of series based on the actual situation.
