摘　　要：针对吐哈油田分层注水井采用堵塞器压力计验封封隔器技术存在效率低的问题,利用油田成熟的高效测调工艺,研制开发了电动验封仪。该技术验封时无需投捞堵塞器,通过电缆由地面控制井下验封仪器的电动密封、封隔器验封和解封,对比测试的油套压可准确验证封隔器密封性能;同时配合桥式同心配水器可以应用在斜井分注封隔器验封。经吐哈油田现场100多口井的成功应用,表明其验封结果准确快捷,在降低工作量的同时,提高了验封成功率。In view of the low efficiency of sealing verification for plug pressure gauge of separate zone water injectors in Tuha oilfield,by using the mature measuring and adjusting process of oilfield,electrical sealing verification instrument is developed. No retrieving plug is needed when sealing verification is conducted. The electrical sealing of sealing verification instrument,sealing verification of packer and release of down-hole sealing verification instrument are controlled on surface with wire-line. The sealing performance of packer can be accurately verified via comparing the tubing and casing pressure; meanwhile,in combination with bridge type concentric water distributer,the instrument can be used for the sealing verification of packer for deviated well separate zone injection. This technology has been applied on over 100 wells in Tuha Oilfield,the sealing verification was accurate and the success rate was improved while the workload load was decreased.
