摘　　要：互联网与制造业融合发展推动着制造业数字化、网络化、智能化发展,推动了制造业组织创新、结构升级、创新方式变革。"互联网+"时代为浙江改造提升传统制造业提供了巨大空间,为浙江区域经济培育新的增长点带来了难得机遇,也为制造业强省建设带来了重大挑战。以"互联网+制造业"为视角,结合浙江互联网与制造业融合发展优势、发展现状及面临的现实障碍,构建了基于互联网发展的制造业提升演化路径模型,提出了在"互联网+"时代提升浙江制造业发展水平的相关对策。Manufacturing industry is developing towards digitalization, network and intelligentization, which depends on the integrative development of Internet and manufacturing industry. Meanwhile, this integrative development drives organization innovation, structure upgrading and innovation mode reformation.＂Internet＋＂era provides huge space for the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry, brings about a rare opportunity for new economic development and great challenges for building up Zhejiang through manufacturing industry.From the viewpoint of＂internet ＋ manufacturing industry＂, considering the advantages, developmental status and obstacles of integrative development of internet and manufacturing industry in Zhejiang, this article constructed the model of upgrading and evolution route based on internet development, and put forward relevant countermeasures to raise the developmental level of manufacturing industry in Zhejiang.
