摘　　要：针对武钢某活性石灰回转窑在运行中存在入料口浇注料使用寿命短等问题,开展了回转窑耐火材料的研究。通过破损调查和配方试验,研制了高强度耐磨耐碱浇注料,有效提高了材料的耐磨性能,使回转窑入料口无修补使用寿命达到36个月以上。For the problems of short service life of the charging hole castables in running process of certain active lime rotary kiln in WISCO and so on, some researches were carried out to study the refractories of the rotary kiln. Through damage investigation and formulation experiment, the castables with the performances of high-strengh, wear resistance and alkali resistance were developed and the wear resistance was effectively improved, and the service life of the charging hole with no repair was extended to more than 36 months.
