摘　　要：热喷铝(TSA)涂层在海洋工程钢结构腐蚀防护领域的应用逐渐拓宽,虽然TSA技术已经比较成熟,但是在海洋工程实际施工和检测过程中,TSA施工质量还存在一定的问题。本文针对电弧喷涂铝涂层在海洋工程中的应用、施工工艺设计、现场施工、检测过程进行了经验总结,提出了相应的推荐做法,希望为从事相关工作人员提供参考。Thermal spraying aluminum（TSA） coating applications in the field of marine engineering steel corrosion protection gradually expanded.Although TSA technology is relatively mature,but in the marine engineering construction and testing process,TSA application quality there are still many problems.This file aiming arc spraying aluminum coatings in marine engineering applications,application process design,site construction and testing process were lessons learned.It put forwards the corresponding recommended practices and hopes to provide a reference for personnel engaged in the related work.
