摘 要:本试验旨在通过研究饲粮中不同色氨酸水平对蛋鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质、机体抗氧化指标和屠宰指标的影响,拟合出蛋鸭产蛋期色氨酸适宜需要量。选取120日龄山麻鸭900只,随机分为6个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复25只。各组蛋鸭分别饲喂色氨酸水平为0.12%、0.16%、0.20%、0.24%、0.28%、0.32%的试验饲粮,试验期20周。结果表明:1)饲粮色氨酸水平对蛋鸭产蛋率、平均蛋重、日产蛋重、料蛋比等无显著影响(P>0.05),但0.20%组在数值上表现出最高的产蛋率和日产蛋重。饲粮色氨酸水平对蛋壳强度、哈氏单位、蛋黄重、蛋黄比例、蛋壳重量、蛋壳比例、蛋壳厚度等蛋品质指标无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著影响蛋黄色泽(P<0.05),表现为0.20%组蛋黄色泽显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。2)饲粮色氨酸水平对蛋鸭血清白蛋白、总蛋白、尿酸含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)饲粮色氨酸水平对蛋鸭血清和肝脏抗氧化指标(除肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶)均无显著影响(P>0.05)。4)饲粮色氨酸水平对输卵管重量、输卵管长度、卵巢重量无显著影响(P>0.05)。根据折线模型拟合得出:饲粮色氨酸水平为0.20%时可满足产蛋高峰期蛋鸭营养需要。This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary tryptophan level on laying performance,egg quality,body antioxidant parameters and slaughter parameters of laying ducks,and to evaluate tryptophan requirement of ducks during the peak laying period.Nine hundred 120-day-old Shanma ducks were randomly assigned into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 25 ducks per group.Ducks in the 6 groups were fed the experimental diets which tryptophan levels were 0.12%,0.16%,0.20%,0.24%,0.28%and 0.32%,respectively.The experiment lasted for 20 weeks.The results showed as follows:1) dietary tryptophan level had no significant effects on egg production,average egg weight,daily egg mass,feed/egg and so on(P〉0.05),but the egg production and daily egg mass in the 0.20%group had the highest value.Dietary tryptophan level had no significant effects on egg quality such as eggshell strength,Haugh unit,yolk weight,yolk percentage,eggshell weight,eggshell percentage and thickness(P〉0.05),whereas,dietary tryptophan level had significant effect on yolk color(P〈0.05),and the yolk color in 0.20%group significantly lower than that in other groups(P〉0.05).2) Dietary tryptophan level had no significant effect on the content of albumin,total protein,uric acid in serum(P〉0.05).3) Dietary tryptophan level had no significant effect on serum and liver antioxidant parameters except liver total superoxide dismutase activity(P〉0.05).4) Dietary tryptophan level had no significant effect on oviduct weight,oviduct length and ovary weight(P〉0.05).Based on the broken-line model,dietary 0.20%tryptophan level is recommended for egg production in peak laying ducks.
