摘　　要：科学需要经营,学科内部的发明重要,发明新学科更重要。现代科学加速发展,涉及到自然界和人类生活的方方面面。但是,与新现实对应的新学科的出现非常缓慢。关于恐惧、爱欲等领域需要形成相应的新学科,关于各类智慧学方面的问题,需要大批新学科来支撑。在现代学术建制里,缺乏科学经营学、科学创造学,甚至从事这方面研究的人在这个建制里找不到自己的位置。新学科的发明离不开想象力,想象比知识更重要。知识仅仅再现现实世界,但想象建立至今尚未存在的世界。Science needs management. Inventions within a discipline are important, but inventing a new discipline is more important. Modern science is developing faster and faster, and involves all aspects of the natural world and human life. However, the establishment of new disciplines corresponding to new realities is a too slow process. The areas concerning fear, eros, etc. need their corresponding new disciplines, and the issues concerning all kinds of wisdom need a large number of new disciplines for support. The modern academic system doesn＇t have a management science, or a creation science, and even those who are engaged in the studies in these areas can＇ t find their own positions in such a system. The establishment of a new discipline can＇ t do without imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge because knowledge only reflects the realistic world but imagination creates a world which hasn＇ t existed so far.
