摘 要:针对紫金山铜矿低质量浓度酸性废水通过漂白粉去除氰化物-石灰中和处理后浓密上清液中总铜质量浓度仍超标的问题,研究了絮凝剂类型、絮凝剂用量、底流回流量、废渣类型、废渣添加量等因素对中和渣浆沉降性能的影响。其研究结果表明:添加紫金山铜矿萃余液中和渣膏体浓密机底流进行辅助沉降,当体系固体质量分数增加到1.5%、絮凝剂AP8120添加量为3 mg/L时,沉降0.5 h后的上清液中总铜质量浓度为0.056 mg/L,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级排放标准。The paper investigated the effect of flocculant type and dosage,underflow reflux,slag type and amount on the settlement property of neutralization sludge to solve the problem that copper content of thick supernatant exceeded the standard after the acidic mine drainage with low concentration was treated by " bleaching powder decomposition of cyanide- lime neutralization" in Zijinshan Copper Mine. The results show that when solid content of the system increased to 1. 5 % by adding paste thickener underflow of raffinate neutralization sludge in Zijinshan and the flocculant dosage of AP8120 is 3 mg / L,the total copper concentration of the supernatant could drop to 0. 056 mg / L after flocculation sedimentation for half an hour. Eventually the effluent the water quality of meets the first grade criteria of integrated wastewater discharge standard( GB 8978- 1996).
