摘　　要：系统地介绍LED球泡灯扩散灯罩的亮度均匀性设计方法,详细描述扩散灯罩产生不均匀现象的原因,分别就类球面扩散罩、类柱面扩散罩和类蛋壳曲面扩散罩的曲面特性和亮度均匀性设计方法进行了分析。3种类型的扩散灯罩各有优势和劣势,在设计时可结合外观造型的设计进行取舍并系统优化,以得到满意的效果。This paper systematically introduces the luminance uniformity design methods in light diffusion shade of LED bulb, describes the reason of luminance non-uniformity of light diffusion shade in detail, and analyzes the shade surface character and luminance uniformity design methods of spheroid surface, cylinder like surface and eggshell like surface. Considering the advantages and disadvantages these kinds of surfaces have, it is possible to select one according to the appearance model design, and optimize the whole system to get the most satisfactory results.
