摘  要:提出高透紫外线纳米保护膜的研发路线,并列举保护膜制备的实施步骤,通过对不同保护膜应用于紫外线灯管的膜层表征图及紫外线辐射通量维持率对比,验证紫外线纳米氧化铝保护膜的技术优势。另结合国内第三方认证机构对涂覆了高透紫外线纳米保护膜的超大功率、超高管壁负载的320 W紫外线灯13 000 h燃点后光衰仅为7%的检验数据,充分证明了紫外线纳米氧化铝保护膜的高度致密及高透紫外。This paper puts forward a development route of high transmittance ultraviolet nano protective film, lists the implementation steps for preparation of protective film and verifies the technical advantage of ultraviolet nano alumina protective film through the comparison of different signs of membrane layer and ultraviolet radiation flux maintain rate of the ultraviolet lamp the protective film applied to. Combining the inspection data of super high power and super high wall load of 320 W ultraviolet lamp got from domestic third-party testing authority, which coated with high transmittance nano protective film, ultraviolet depreciation is only 7% after 13 000 hours lighting. It fully proves that ultraviolet nano alumina protective film is high density and high transmittance.
