摘　　要：刘晓鹰教授继承国家级名老中医倪珠英教授之"小儿血尿热因论"学术思想,认为热邪是尿血发生的关键因素,辨证分为血热妄行、脾失统摄、阴虚火旺、脾肾阳虚、瘀血内阻5型。并认为中气不足、瘀血阻滞是导致尿血迁延的主要因素,强调"扶中"和"治瘀"在小儿血尿病治疗中的作用。Hematuria is one of the most common pediatric diseases of urinary system symptoms,at present western medicine on no specific treatment,Professor LIU Xiaoying＇s inheritance national name old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine Professor NI Zhuying of ＂child hematuria heat cause＂of academic thought that heat evil is the key factor in the occurrence of hematuria,differentiation into hemopyretic bleeding,spleen failing to control,yin-deficiency,yang-deficiency of spleen and kidney,blood stasis types. Professor LIU thinks that qi and blood stasis is main factors leading to persistent hematuria,emphasized ＂Fuzhong＂and ＂removing stasis＂role in the disease.
