干、鲜北青龙衣中胡桃醌的含量及抗肿瘤活性比较

摘　　要：目的对干、鲜北青龙衣中胡桃醌含量及体外抗肿瘤活性进行比较。方法采用HPLC方法,测定北青龙衣中胡桃醌含量;并应用MTT方法对胡桃醌及干、鲜北青龙衣75%甲醇提取物抗肿瘤活性进行研究。结果鲜品中胡桃醌含量为3.778 mg/g,干品中胡桃醌含量为0.078 mg/g,干、鲜品对BGC823、A549的IC50值分别为189.9、229.6及209.5、238.1 mg/L。结论胡桃醌含量,鲜北青龙衣>干北青龙衣;抗肿瘤作用,鲜北青龙衣与干北青龙衣抗肿瘤活性相近。Objective To compare the content of quinine and the anti tumor active fractions of the dry and fresh Qinglongyi. Methods Using HPLC method,the content of quinine was measured,and using MTT,the antitumor active of quinine and 75% of the methanol extract of dry and fresh Qinglongyi. Results The content of quinine fresh Qinglongyi is 3. 7787 mg / g,fresh Qinglongyi is 0. 0780 mg / g,IC50 of quinine and dry,fresh Qinglongyi values on the A549 and BGC823 is 189. 9 mg / L,229. 6 mg / L and 209. 5 mg / L,238. 1 mg / L,respectively. Conclusion The content of quinine： fresh Qinglongyi dry Qinglongyi; the antitumor active： fresh Qinglongyi ≈dry Qinglongyi.
