摘　　要：目的总结近几年穴位埋线法治疗便秘的研究进展。方法从穴位埋线法治疗便秘的取穴特点、各种疗法的分析、不良反应等几个方面,对相关文献进行综述。结果穴位埋线法治疗便秘多用于原发性便秘患者,在选穴上以足阳明胃经、足太阳膀胱经、足太阴脾经为主。结论穴位埋线法具有疗效好、操作简便、费用低廉等优点,值得临床推广,但在长期疗效方面仍需进一步深入研究。Objective To sum up research progress of acupoint catgut-embedding treats constipation in recent years,provide a reference for future research and clinical practice. Methods Review the literatures about acupoint catgut-embedding for constipation in recent years from characteristics of acupoint catgut-embedding for constipation in selection of acupoints,analysis of various therapeutic methods,side-effects and so on. Results Acupoint catgut-embedding for treatment of constipation for idiopathic constipation with acupoints of stomach meridian,bladder meridian,spleen meridian. Conclusion This method has good efficacy,simple operation,low cost,etc. It is worthy of promotion,but it still need further research to assess the long-term effects.
