摘  要:试验旨在探究日粮中添加抗菌肽对海兰褐商品蛋鸡产蛋后期的生产性能及对鸡蛋中胆固醇、微量元素、氨基酸含量的影响。随机选取480只380日龄产蛋率相近的海兰褐蛋鸡分成2组,其中Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ组为试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复80只鸡。Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组在基础日粮中添加0.01 L/kg浓度的天蚕素抗菌肽。试验结果表明:产蛋率试验组较对照组提高了2.98%,差异极显著(P<0.01);鸡蛋胆固醇含量试验组较对照组降低了18.61%,且差异显著(P<0.05);鸡蛋微量元素含量两组均无显著差异(P>0.05);各项氨基酸含量试验组蛋鸡均有所提高,与对照组相比蛋氨酸与酪氨酸含量分别提高了18.18%、5.12%,且均差异显著(P<0.05),其他各项氨基酸含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。Randomly select four hundred and eighty 380-day-age Hy-Line brown laying hens with similar egg production, and divide them into 2 groups randomly, each group has three repeats with 80 chickens. The control group was fed with the basic diets, experimental group were added 0.01 L/kg antimicrobial peptides in the basis diets. The result shows that: Antimicrobial peptides can significant- ly increase egg production rate, egg production in group I/ is higher than that of group I, up 2.98% (P〈0.05). The statistics of cholesterol in experiment group are 18.61% lower than that of the control groups" and the difference is significant(P〈0.05). The statistics of microelement of the two groups are similar and the difference is not significant. Compared with the control group, the statistics of the eggs" amino acids is increased. At the same time, the statistics of Met and Tyr are differently significant(P〈 0.05), while other amino acids show no significant difference(P〉0.05).
