摘　　要：伴随着城乡一体化发展,农村道路交通安全逐步成为制约城乡经济社会活动的瓶颈,对农村道路交通管理提出了更大的挑战和更高的要求。首先,论文从农村道路交通的唯一性、交通要素总量巨大且分散和多样性三个方面分析了我国农村道路交通的特点与态势。然后,应用交通事故、交通违法数据分析了我国农村道路交通安全存在的安全要素水平低、事故伤亡严重、农民肇事现象高发等问题。最后,从道路基础设施、交通工具性能、农村居民交通安全意识培养和农村交通违法治理四个层面提出相应的对策建议。With the development of the urban-rural integration,the problem of rural road traffic safety was to be the bottleneck of urban and rural economic and social activities,and provide greater challenges and higher requirements to traffic safety management.Firstly,the characteristics of rural road traffic were discussed,from the uniqueness of rural road traffic,discreteness and diversity of road traffic elements.Then,the rural traffic safety problem that the low-quality traffic safety elements,serious casualty and high probability of farmer accidents,was analyzed with road traffic accident and violation data.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures to increasing rural road traffic infrastructure,vehicle performance,rural road safety awareness and traffic enforcement,have been put forward.
