摘  要:关于压煮溶出的停留溶出设备,国内氧化铝厂广泛使用的有两种,一种是不带搅拌的溶出器,另一种是大口径的管道。两种停留溶出设备在使用效果、设备投资和运行费用上的差异一直有争议。本文从设备投资、运行阻力、结疤的影响和清理检修费用几方面对这两种溶出设备进行了初步比较。根据比较结果,溶出器停留在投资及运行阻力上处于劣势,但受结疤影响小,清理检修费用低;管道停留受结疤影响较大。About holding dissolution equipment in digestion, there are two kinds of equipment in domestic alumina refineries widely used, one is a digest- er, and the other is a large diameter pipeline. The difference between two kinds of holding dissolution equipment in the use of effect, equipment invest- ment and operating costs have been controversial. In this paper, a preliminary comparison is made about the two dissolution equipment from the equipment investment and operating resistance, effect of scaling and cleaning maintenance costs. According to the comparison result, holding in a digester is at disad- vantage in the investment and operating resistance, but effect of scaling is small, and cleaning maintenance is at low costs ; holding in a pipeline is higher affected on scaling.
