摘　　要：大型化,节能化是焙烧炉的发展趋势,为了研究大型阳极焙烧炉的热工特性,了解焙烧炉实际运行状况,需要对其进行全面的热平衡测试。重点介绍了焙烧炉热平衡测试平台、热收入项和热支出项的计算方法。结合国内某铝厂大型敞开式焙烧炉的热平衡测试与分析,得到各个具体的生产运行参数,这对评价操作参数的合理性,提升大型敞开式焙烧炉的设计水平和工艺操作水平都具有指导意义。Large scale and energy saving are the development trend of the baking furnace. The heat balance test of the large baking furnace should be done in order to research its thermal characteristics and find out actual operating status. In this paper the heat balance testing platform and calculating method of heat income and output of the baking furnace were introduced. Combing with heat balance testing and analysis of the large open baking furnace in a do- mestic aluminum smelter, the detail parameters were obtained, which could estimate the rational of the operational parameters, improve the level of design and operation of the large open baking furnace.
