摘  要:以改性松香、复合乳化剂、稳定剂为主要原料,采用高温高压连续化自动化工艺工业化生产阳离子松香施胶剂。研究了改性松香组成、复合乳化剂、助剂、连续化自动化生产工艺条件对乳液粒径及稳定性的影响。结果表明:最佳的质量配比为改性树脂15-40。复合型乳化剂4~15,乳液稳定剂5~30,加水至使总合固量达30%~80%:制成所述复合型乳化剂体系的组分质量份配比为阳离子型丙烯酸类高分子乳化剂5~10,改性聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂10~5,低分子阳离子乳化剂10~3;乳液混合温度为144~158℃,乳化剂用量为7.5%~9%;通过实验室抄片以及上机试验,新型阳离子松香乳液施胶剂施胶效果优于常用阳离子松香乳液施胶剂。The modified rosin, emulsifier, stabilizer as the main raw material, using high temperature and pressure continuous automated process for industrial production of cationic rosin sizing agents. Studied composition modified rosin, emulsifier, additives, continuous automated production process conditions on the emulsion particle diameter and stability. The optimum ratio conditions: modified resins I5% to 40%, the composite emulsifier 4% to 15%, the emulsion stabilizing agent 5% to 30%(mass ratio) water was added to bring the total solids up to 30% to 80%. Complex emulsifier system consists of the following parts by weight of group assignment ratio is made: cationic acrylic polymer emulsifier: modified polyamide epichlorohydrin resin: low molecular weight cationic emulsifiers= 5-10 : 10-5 : 10-3. Emulsion mixing temperature: 144-158℃, emulsifier: 7.5% to 9%. Laboratory copy sheet and the machine tests and found new cationic rosin sizing emulsion sizing agent is better than the commonly used cationic emulsion rosin sizing agents.
