基于门尼粘度标准物质的稳定性探究其橡胶的稳定性能

摘　　要：合成橡胶产品标准规定保质期为2年,对超过保质期的产品,质量是否下降或出现质量缺陷,未见文献报道。该文对兰州石化公司生产的苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR)1502,历时三年对对分微观结构、生胶性能、硫化特性和硫化胶拉伸性能跟踪测试对比,SBR1502产品在三年内各项技术指标均满足产品标准要求,性能稳定,超过保质期后产品质量没有明显变化,对SBR 1502产品应用领域提供技术支撑。The standard shelf life of synthetic rubber products is 2 years, and the quality of products with more than shelf life is decreased or there is quality defect. The test contrast of Lanzhou petrochemical company product styrene butadiene rubber （SBR） 1502 was conducted, which lasted three years for bisection micro structure, properties of raw rubber, curing behavior and tensile properties of vulcanized rubber, within three years the SBR 1502 products technical indicators meet the requirements of product standards, had stable performance, over the shelf life product quality had no obvious changes. It gives a technical support for the application of SBR 1502 products.
