摘  要:目的观察不同海洛因依赖时间大鼠杏仁核的超微结构变化,探讨海洛因对突触数量及结构的影响。方法采用腹腔内递增注射海洛因的方法,建立海洛因依赖9d、18d和36d的染毒模型,用透射电镜观察杏仁核突触的超微结构变化,并与生理盐水对照组进行比较。结果海洛因依赖大鼠杏仁核突触数量增多,突触间隙宽度变窄,突触后致密质增厚,活性区长度延长,突触界面曲率变大,并随海洛因依赖时间的延长而更加明显(P<0.05)。结论海洛因依赖可影响杏仁核突触数量及结构。Objective This research aimed to observe the ultrastructural changes of amygdaloid body in rats with different dependent time,and to evaluate the influence of heroin on the synaptic numbers and parameters. Methods Heroin dependent model was established with increasing intraperitoneal injection of heroin. The ultrastructural structure of amygdaloid body in dependent 9,18,36 days rats was observed under transmission electron microscopy and compared with normal saline control group. Results In amygdaloid body of the heroin dependent rats,the number of synapse was increased,the synaptic cleft width was narrowed,the postsynaptic density was thickened,the active zone length was extended,the synaptic interface curvature was bigger.The changes became more obvious with the extension of heroin dependence time( P〈0. 05).Conclusion Heroin dependence can affect the synaptic numbers and parameters of amygdaloid body.
