摘  要:目的建立水中分离测定氟乙酸、甲酸和氨基磺酸分析方法。方法应用882型离子色谱电导串联紫外检测器,选择合适的色谱条件,测定三酸的电导和紫外色谱峰。利用峰值进行定性,峰面积值加叠加峰面积扣除法进行定量分析。结果通过电导和紫外数据对水中氟乙酸、甲酸和氨基磺酸进行定性定量分析后发现,在离子色谱条件下,氟乙酸能够与甲酸和氨基磺酸达到基线分离,但氨基磺酸和甲酸完全重合而无法分离。利用紫外检测可以有效区分甲酸和氨基磺酸。结论该方法灵敏度高,分析速度快,样品预处理简单。Objective A method was set up for the separation and determination of fluoroacetic acid,formic acid and sulfamic acid in water. Methods Ion chromatography( IC,882 type) coupled with conductometric detector,UV-spectrometric detector,and some designed chromatography accessories,were firstly employed to detect the conductivity and to locate the UV chromatographic peak of those acids. Qualitative analysis was achieved according to the peak location,and the quantitative analysis was carried out by the method that peak area deduction method. Results The resuls demonstrated that the baseline separation of fluoroacetic acid to the other acids was easily achieved under the condition of IC. However,the similar situation did not happen again to formic acid and sulfamic acid,due to the serious overlap of their peaks.Another approach was found effective to separate the latter two aicds with UV detector. Conclusion The method set up in this paper was proved to possess a series of advantages,such as high sensitivity,fast analysis and simple pretreatment,thus it will provide a helpful way for the determination of fluoroacetic acid,formic acid and sulfamic acid in water.
