摘  要:针对董701井钻井液技术难题,优选了胺基硅醇防塌钻井液体系,该体系具有良好的抗温性、沉降稳定性、抑制性及封堵性。辅助相应的钻井液现场维护处理工艺,保证了董701井三开顺利施工,解决了侏罗系煤层垮塌、应力性垮塌及硬脆性垮塌的难题,提高了机械钻速,达到优质高效钻井的目的。试油结果显示,5 mm油嘴放喷,轻质原油产量43.70 m^3/d,天然气产量30 000 m^3。In consideration of the drilling fluid related technical problems encountered at Well Dong 701,an amine polymeric silanol anti-collapse drilling fluid system of good heat resistant property,sedimentation stability,depression and plugging properties was chosen through optimization. The successful construction of Well Dong 701 was secured by relevant auxiliary on-site drilling fluid maintenance and treatment process,the difficulties of sloughing in Jurassic coal bed,stress sloughing and sloughing in hard and brittle shale were solved,the rate of penetration was increased,and high quality and efficient drilling was realized. The results of well testing have shown that the light crude oil production is 43. 70 m3/d and the natural gas production is30 000 m3/d when a 5 mm oil nozzle is opened for gushing.
