摘  要:针对高温低渗水淹井储层物性差、井温高、常出现堵水封窜施工挤注困难和安全风险高的技术难题,研制出注入性良好的耐高温堵水封窜剂。该堵剂浆体的黏度小于20 m Pa·s,突破压力梯度大于1.5 MPa/cm,颗粒微细均匀,浆体流变性好,析水少,可泵时间可据井况调整,更易挤注到低渗和窜槽部位的微孔隙,施工安全性好,措施成功率高,且具有耐高温高盐的特性。该堵剂已在现场应用20多井次,有效率100%,增油降水效果显著,为高温低渗水淹井的堵水封窜提供了有效的技术方法。Poor reservoir physical property,high well temperature,frequently occurred difficulties regarding water shutoff and channeling blocking and the high technical problems with high safety risk,a high temperature resistant water shutoff and channeling sealing agent of good injection property was developed. The viscosity of the slurry of this water shutoff and channeling sealing agent is 20 m Pa. s and its breakthrough pressure gradient is greater than 1. 5 MPa/cm with fine and uniform particles,good rheology of slurry and bleeding water when used. Pumping time can be adjusted based well conditions,and it can injected by squeezing into the micropores at low permeability and channeling locations more easily with good construction safety and high success ratio. It has high temperature resistance and high salinity resistance property. This water shutoff and channeling sealing agent has been used for more than 20 well- times at site with the efficiency percent of 100% and significant oil production increase and water reduction effect. It is an effective technical means for the water shutoff and channeling sealing for high temperature and low permeability water flooded wells.
