中药饮片在药店零售经营中的问题及对策

摘　　要：目的探讨中药饮片在药店零售经营中存在的问题及对策建议。方法通过文献资料搜集和实地调查,了解中药饮片在药店零售中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。结果中药饮片在药店零售经营中在采购、验收与贮存、销售、代煎服务方面存在一定问题。结论药店要严格依照法律法规经营,开展从业人员培训、再教育和技艺评比;药品监管部门要加大对中药饮片的检查、抽检力度,注重对中药饮片用药安全的宣传;建议国家完善相应的法律法规,探索中药饮品全过程监管的方式、方法。Objective To discuss the problems and countermeasures of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs in the retail manage-ment of pharmacy. Methods Through literature review and field investigation, we investigated the problems existed in prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs in retail pharmacies, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Results Prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs in the retail management of pharmacies in the procurement, acceptance and storage, sales, gener-ation of fried services have some problems. Conclusion Pharmacies should strictly according to laws and regulations, carry out the training of practitioners, education and skills assessment, drug supervision departments should increase the inspection, sampling, fo-cus on the use of Chinese herbal medicine to promote the safety of the drug, the proposed national laws and regulations, and explore the whole process of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs
