摘　　要：分析了传统投稿方式的弊端,以某高校的学报为例,对编辑的日常工作进行解析,并进行了功能模块的设计、数据库设计和关键技术的实现.以Visual Studio.NET 2003为开发软件,并结合C#语言和Microsoft SQL Server数据库管理系统,从高校学报自身特点和工作中常见问题出发,较全面地实现了学报的网络化管理,正在得到逐步推广.In order to analyze the disadvantages of traditional tunnels for contributing to journals,we took an university journal as an example to understand and analyze the daily work of its editorial department. Accordingly,function modules,a database and key technologies were developed. Then,taking Visual Studio. NET 2003 as development software,together with C# Language and Microsoft SQL Server database management system,a more overall network management was made to come true and is generalized to others.
